Managing your household can be a chore, but managing your mortgage doesn’t have to be! We are excited to share that we have launched a new, best-in-class digital mortgage experience. This new enhancement gives you access to more detailed information through our mobile app and online banking regarding your mortgage loan(s), including, but not limited to, easy-to-manage payment options, annual taxes and insurance details, estimated home values, educational resources, account alerts, personalized goals, and more!

What's New:

New Mortgage Dashboard

  • View detailed payment history including principal and interest paid over time, plus escrow details
  • Convenient access to download or print monthly statements, escrow and tax documents
  • Ability to customize alerts and notification settings

Self-Serve Options
With our new self-serve options, you will have the flexibility to make loan payments your way.

  • Make additional payments to principal or escrow
  • Schedule one-time or recurring payments with auto pay 
  • Add multiple funding accounts for payments

What's Changed:

  • You must re-establish and set up any automatic recurring payments through our new mortgage dashboard to avoid payment interruptions by March 26.  All previous automatic payments set up with AMOCO will need to be canceled. If your automatic payment is set up with another financial institution, please contact them directly to cancel any future payments.
    • Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
    • Step 2: Set Up Payments
      1. From the dashboard, select your mortgage loan
      2. Click View Transactions
      3. Click Make a Payment
      4. Click Add Payment Method
        • Enter the Payment Method Nickname
        • Add  your financial institution’s Routing Number (AMOCO’s Routing Number: 313189391)
        • Add your Account Number
        • Select the account type: Checking  or Savings
        • Check the Default Payment Method
        • Click Save
      5. Enter the Payment Date
      6. Option: Enroll in Autopay and authorize enrollment
      7. Click Submit Payment. You’re all set!
  • Mortgage statements will be mailed separately and will no longer be included with your standard statement for savings, checking, or other loan accounts. If you prefer to receive electronic statements, you will have the option to enroll in eStatements within the new mortgage servicing platform.

To better serve our members, we have launched a new, best-in-class digital mortgage experience. This new enhancement gives you access to more detailed information through our mobile app and online banking regarding your mortgage loan(s), making it easier than ever to manage your mortgage account. Additionally, this new platform offers a range of self-service options, including payment flexibility, allowing you to take full control of your mortgage payments.

To access the new Mortgage Servicing dashboard, simply log in to AMOCO’s Online Banking or Mobile App and navigate to your mortgage loan by clicking on it.

Mortgage statements will be mailed separately and will no longer be included with your standard statement for savings, checking, or other loan accounts. If you prefer to receive electronic statements, you will have the option to enroll in eStatements within the new mortgage servicing platform.

All previous automatic payments set up with AMOCO will need to be canceled. To avoid payment interruptions, re-establish any automatic recurring payments by setting them up through our new mortgage dashboard  by March 26. 

Yes, our new platform allows you to make custom, principal, and escrow payments.

You can view up to 36 months of your payment history by clicking on the “prior service”  icon.
